Double agility ladder for fitness training athletes. Plastic rungs are easily adjustable. The distance between the rungs can be adjust according to user needs. A unique enhancements include handles that can stretch the centers of the two ladders. Handles then not only serves as a carrier, but also prevent tangling ladders. Agility ladder 9m can be split into two pieces with a length of 4,5m thanks to Velcro. The ladder is 80 cm wide.
